How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are indicated on the product page. This is an estimate, and may therefore vary, particularly in the event of a product being temporarily out of stock.

What are the delivery rates?

Shipping rates are calculated according to brand, weight, package size and destination. When you add one or more products to your basket, shipping costs are calculated automatically.

What are the delivery options?

MAISON BLISS N°17 selects the most suitable carrier for each order from among a number of carriers: GLS, DB Schenker or private carrier. Orders can be shipped from our warehouse or directly from the warehouse of one of our partners. Deliveries are generally made from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Master Card), Paypal or bank transfer.

My payment has been validated, but I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do now?

Please check your spam folder first. In rare circumstances, order confirmations may not be sent by email. If this is the case, please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail at info@maisonbliss17.fr.

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us indicating your order number and the items you wish to return: info@maisonbliss17.fr

In accordance with article L.121-18 of the French Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product(s) with which you are not entirely satisfied. However, this right does not apply to products on demand and/or made to order and/or according to the purchaser's specifications (finishes, materials, choice of fabric, base, etc.), and more generally to any personalized product or any product which, due to its nature, cannot be returned or is likely to deteriorate. Please contact us before confirming your order to ensure that a return is possible.
